Not a toy in a bin. Not a gift card in the mail. Santa himself, in a child’s living room at Christmas, calling them by name, knowing what they hoped for, staying while they open a present. For a family in a hard season, it is proof that they are seen, and it is a memory that outlasts every toy. We have delivered that moment, family by family, for 50 years strong.
